Why? People sell BTC on ebay already without resorting to that.

In any case, create a new wallet, deposit 1 BTC or whatever in it, print out a paper wallet for it, and you're done. Of course, it'd be insecure as fuck since anyone who sees it can withdraw the balance. I guess you could encrypt it and e-mail the recipient the passphrase, but literally what's the point in that case.

Why not resell cheap hardware wallets with 1 BTC on them? You can get a decent margin on the hardware wallet and sell the BTC at a premium to nucoiners
