The truth is the majority have withdrawals off so the only way to steal is by setting really low sell orders and then setting exact buy orders to match them or something. I've found about 10 active keys but they were either empty accounts or had withdrawals off (in the story above withdrawals were off). I only managed to get away with .02 btc once. Oh well.
