What happens if you send post-fork BTC to an address containing legacy BTC?

I've been mining from before 1st of august, and have continued to do so, to a single address. How does the network distinguish the two?

you will continue to have however many BCC you should have on that address. additional BTC will not add to BCC amounts.

Import your private key into a post fork wallet, and everything that was at that particular address pre fork will be available in the post fork coin...

Everything pre fork will demon in your current wallet, with the addition of coins mined after the fork.
