The sell and buy walls are there because ppl found an easy way to profit because of RRDs low price. You can buy the coin at 38 sat and sell it at 39 sat and get 2% profit. A lot of ppl are doing it having both sell and buy orders on at the same time.

So when real news about Redd-ID shows up, ppl will cancel their buy and sell orders and the coin is free to move again.
