If you are asking this you literally don't know anything about TA...
learn the patterns. Learn about a basic wedge, cup, head and shoulders, double bottom and flag pole.
Google will help you. I gave you the info to get started.
MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands. Keep an eye on volume behind trends as well, it can also help you with identifying when to buy a dip and sell a peak.
If you're trading major Commodities, Indices, and Forex pairs, do check out Pivot Points for resistance and support. Look at the 5 min charts with them on, it really shows you the power of TA's self-fulfilling prophecy mechanism (I think Fib retracements act in the same manner).
50 and 200 MA's are also important to keep an eye on for levels of support/resistance (depending on whether price action is located above or below the MA line).

In crypto? There really isn't much TA you can do that actually helps. Best think you can do is buy when red sell when green

Investopedia and tradingview/coingy is all you need.
Market depth is by far the most important when trading crypto imo. You can spot good opportunities to buy and sell just based on that.
