I have a few ETH and I want off this ride. I want to live the simple life of being a nocoiner again. Are there any ways to cash out that don't require a DNA sample and blood of your first born like Coinbas/GDAX does?

That's the whole fucking point of the SEC
Fuck the SEC. I don't care about having to pay taxes, but there's no way in hell I'm giving Coinbase all the info they're asking for. I'd rather let my ETH rot in digital hell.

Some people on local bitcoin take ETH, you can trade for bitcoin then trade someone else for cash. Alot of people require a bunch of personal info there but you can still find others that don't.
Changing ETH to BTC is the easy part; there are dozens of ways to do that. I just don't see an easy way to exchange the 1's and 0's for good old cellulose film.
Fuck it, I'll just convert it to BTC and spend it all at newegg or overstock.
