don't buy it because you're not cut out for the business. i recently sold my restaurant.
most successful buyers stake out the property they are interested in for many months before buying. You should be spending all of your time there for at least 6 months, counting the guests, and estimating the bill for each person (appetizers + entree + dessert). the utilities meters should be on the side of the building so keep careful tabs of that, and when you get a chance casually asks one of the waiters who the energy/waste service provider is. that way you have an idea of the utilities bill each month.
