Just send them out of your paper wallet as bcc. If you have a paper, you have bcc already. You just need a bitcoin cash wallet to put you paper private key into.

new crypto dude here if I sell my ETH on Bittrex today it converst to BTC since its the main Coin correct? Also will I get more BCC? It looks like the wallet for BTC is on locked in maintance i am worried to do any transactions that my cause me to loose selling my ETH

The problem is that most exchanges (all?) do not yet accept BCC/BCH deposits, so if you did not have it on the exchange before the split, you will have to wait (hours, days?).

At that point in time, when everyone can sell off their BCH, I expect the price to plummet so much that its probably not even worth the trouble anymore.

Note: I also kept my BTC in a safe wallet and now miss out on a free >$2k. I wanted to sell but had the same realization as OP.
