Charitable remainder trusts. Use them to skip out on capital gains.
Also, layers of shell companies in the Seychelles, Panama, Delaware, etc.

It's rather simple.
You create the trust and then "contribute" all your crypto to it. You can then sell your crypto through the trust on a totally capital gains tax free basis (you can then reinvest this money into stocks, bonds, currencies, crypto, what-have-you).
In exchange, the trust pays you a certain amount yearly, like an annuity. This amount can be either fixed (like $50,000) or a percentage of the total (like 5%). You *do* have to pay capital gains on the amount you receive yearly, but likely at a more favorable tax bracket.
In addition, you should get an income tax deduction on the year of trust creation.
Another idea I'm saving up for is buying whole life insurance. You can receive tax-deferred growth as your policy grows, and it's also possible to receive tax-free distributions. Plus, after you die, the amount of the policy benefit goes directly to the lucky beneficiary, who receives it tax-free.
NOTE: do consult a tax professional before doing all this.
