That depends. Are you determined to stay a neet? Do you need to continually pull out of your savings to support yourself, or do you want to sit back and let them grow?
You risk losing a shitton of money in crypto
Buy OMG

If he knows nothing about investing, it would be better for him to buy an ETF or Growth Fund. Most amateur investors fail to beat the market with their own stock picks.

I'm all in on sigt.
I started with vtc when BTC was about 1k, it's never too late to start still really like vtc, I mean it made me $27,000 off a $500 investment

I will stay a NEET. I never buy anything and I have zero expenses so it wouldn't hurt me if I lost a little.
Just curious, how did you get 24k at 18 years?

Ok, imho your ultimate goal should be to grow your savings to generate passive income.
You can try your hand at cryptos, but I'll let you lurk this board, look at all the pink wojacks, and decide for yourself if risking it on get rich quick investments is worth it.
If you are willing to accept something that will grow slower but will be a million times safer, I recommend you look into Vanguards ETFs, such as VTI and VYM.
If you are willing to manage your money daily QQQ and TQQQ could give you bigger gains per day, but are more volatile.

DO NOT buy Sigt. It was a pump and dump coin like ANS, DGB, MOON, and NMR. Don't follow coins /biz/ shills. Find the good posts amongst the shit but ignore the shills.
Only invest in crypto as much as you want to lose. Follow the right people on twitter.
Learn basic TA if you don't know it: fibonnaci retracement, trend lines, triangles, candlesticks, chart patterns, macd, rsi, stoch rsi, volume, etc..
Let your profits fly, cut your losses short. Use alarms and tight mental stop limits based on historic support/resistance and fib lines. Cutting loss at 2.5% and buying back at break even shortly after is much better than HODLing until you're -200% (like Sigt).
Invest in coins with actual real world potential and good dev teams. I like SYS, LBC, XEM, STEEM, ARDR, FCT, SHIFT, DCR, Gridcoin, IOTA
