Ironically the most stressful part isnt being forced to help sub 80 IQ people bumble around their computer, but trying to deal with the company's retarded standards that they won't make clear or be consistent about

The other day I got yelled at for 30 minutes straight for not telling a customer to reset her router despite the fact that the issue was a blocked port and what I had her do fixed it. I've been failed on calls for everything from saying "good luck" because 'it implies the possibility of failure' to simply taking more than a second to respond to a question
