what would you do if you were given a lump sum of a million dollars? invest in stocks/bonds? pay off loans and debts? what would you buy?

Move out of NYC because 1 million is basically what a house costs here.

So let's say 300k for a nice house for me.

200k for a rental property

200k in a large cap US index fund

100k into international index fund

150k into bonds

50k intro crypto split 50/50 between bitcoin and eth
