With all money being shifted into BTC right now, is this a good time to buy ETH? It's taken a little bit of a dip the past week, and regardless what happens with BTC/BCC money is going to be transferred back into it once the dust settles.

Yeah I think $200 is when people are going to start getting back in, price could spike again at any time.
