Nah, depends what you are betting but odds are pretty lousy and there is no strategy you can use to win outside of monitoring the wheel for bias like if it is on an incline, but they test for that themselves all the time and the amount of effort it would take is probably out of the scope of someone on /biz/.

With casinos, they give themselves a probability edge, and they then encourage you to stay as long as possible to allow the statistics to play their role. A popular way of doing this is to limit how much you're allowed to bet in each "round" of a game, this gives a greater "surface area" for the probabilities (which they already have an edge on you with) to act upon.

They also tend to not have any clocks. It's all about keeping you there long enough to either reduce your gains or to make you lose as much as possible.
