Help me prepare for an employment agency skills assessment tests

/biz/, I decided to get off my ass and stop being NEET so I went to an employment agency for some help job hunting. They want me to take the following tests:

>Call Center Customer Service Scenarios
>Call Center Listening Skills [audio]
>Computer Literacy - Basic
>Data Entry Alpha Numeric [Onscreen]
>Microsoft Excel 2013 - Normal User
>Microsoft Word 2013 - Normal User
>Office Grammar and Spelling
>Workplace Safety Test - Professional/Clerical

So far I've been practicing my wpm speed using the keyhero site and have been messing around in word & excel 2013.

Please tell me what I need to know and share any resources I can practice with.

FYI, I used to work with Word & Excel (plus others) but it's been about 3 years and because I haven't used it I've pretty much forgotten it all. Also, I can take these tests at home so I'm under no pressure to rush, especially in their office.
