Just buy into one of the licensed producers like Aurora (just an example, might not be the very best one) or whatever, sometime between now and next summers legalization expected date a few weeks/months before next july.

I have a position and will hold through legalization. You know the gravy train will take off in a few months and these stocks will skyrocket.
