BTC-e got taken over by the Feds recently.
Everyone is buying BTC for the anticipated fork.
BCC will be sold hardcore once it is available.
People are going to freak on August 2nd once the news about BTC-e goes main stream. Then people will want to sell their BTC and BCC for fiat or alt coins.
This is a disaster waiting to happen.

They are one of the oldest exchanges and have been around from the early days. Since they were based in Russia they didn't give a fuck about US laws and it was stupid easy to cash out. They also had some of the lowest fees.
