The people buying into Bitcoin in hopes of getting that free BCC will get pissed off at Bitcoin when they find out BCC isn't worth anything, so they'll go back to alts. It's all just dumb fickle money in crpyto

I'm 90% in ETH, in cold storage.
The blockchain is known for its volatility. ETH had a hard month. Might go back up when more features like raiden are released next year. It's a good long term hold.

It is the crowd that shows up together that is usually slaughtered.
Tldr don't be a sheep short btc when dumb money sells btc at a high price to buy cheap acts / fiat.
Btc isn't crashing but it will correct , time and time again.

I really hope so, but I fear that the ICO scams and the constant multimillion dollar hacking has done great damage to eth's image.

It has. There's no way around that. It looks embarrassing. But the potential for smart contracts to automate transactions is still a really cool feature and it still has a lot of companies buying into the technology. It's pure speculation.
Did you invest more than you could afford to lose?
dont worry guys bancor will save eth. not even joking

No. Wait for a bottom, then buy a bunch. Slowly accumulate on the way down, then go all-in once you're sure it's bottomed.

I think ETH is a sleeping Giant that's finally bottomed out, once thevery BTC fiasco finally ends ETH will rise like the iceberg that sunk the Titanic
