And how about in the short term?

The market will embrace LTC, driving the price up to around $500.
ETH will test its ATH and then settle back down at around $300

Stupid, greedy people pump desperately more and more fiat in BTC and selling all alts, they hope for a free money from the hard fork. In their greed they forget basic demand/supply rules and loose most. A plague of panic selling bound to happen. ETH and LTC will drop severely with other alts through the coming stormy days but those who believe and buy dips will be rewarded.

This guy gets it.
I have 80% in BTC and 20%(12BTC) ready to buy any altcoin that goes below avg trading price.
No one knows anything. All we know is crypto is the future. Smart contracts are smart and almost all smart investments are money making it You u can hold on long enough.

It will dip in the next few days but moon after Aug 1st.
Why will it dip? Because people are selling their altcoins to keep BTC only in their wallets and receive the equivalent amount in BTC cash.
Is it safe to use Shapeshift during that time period?

Everything will crash and the exchanges won't let you buy/sell/withdraw until the crashing is over.
