Incorporate a company. make it something that's IN at the moment. Something that could get big.
invest heavy in a website, make it look as legit as possible. make it look like your company is huge.
Buy a penny stock shell company, at no cost to you, using unregistered securities to raise ~100k.

The shell company's stock will go crazy. +1000% in a week. After you are in control of the company, take on more unregistered securities to fulfill your 1 million dolor employment contract.

Issue yourself some shares. Dump them immediately, while the stock is still high.

The unregistered securities become convertible in 6 months, per SEC Reg D, Rules 504.

At this point, the note holders will dump your stock until there is no one to buy. You then reverse split the stock at a rate of 10000-1. This will wipe out ALL investor wealth, because not all of the note holders converted again, and you stock will continue to fall a little.

But Rule 504 or 144, forget which, specify that you can only take $1m per year in unregistered securities. &if the company you buy already issued some, that eats into the amount available in the year.

Also, realistic compensation is like $100k without the SEC shutting you down. &issuing stock to yourself then dumping is also risky, especially if you reverse split after.

Don't reverse spit too often. Those need approval by FINRA. If they deny you you're fucked.
