That feeling when a program I wrote actually works, and makes me money.
Lots of money....
>the_goal.jpg
are you already rich or in the process of getting rich?
So share it, OP. It's not like many people are reading biz this early in the morning.
>>2887709
Same exact thread posted every few hours
me too, ez 5btc every day.
I already shared it. I dunno if anyone was able to benefit, but the increase in bot threads I hope had something to do with the hours I invested in you biztches.
All I know is, Donald Trump probably doesn't know who I am. I could probably meet him one day if I put my mind to it.
The proper combination of brains and weaponized autism can lead you to some amazing places.
>>2887789
show it again .
prove it.
>>2887709
>Lots of money....
How much?
>>2887802
a robot doesn't trade any better than a person who programmed it traded. hint.
tfw everyone thought I was good with "the computer" but am actually a brainlet who can't into programming.
>>2887789
Where did you share it?
>>2887815
Don't give up, anon. I have seen some incredibly dense people do some incredible things. Most give up, but those who weaponize their autism tend to succeed.
>>2887810
I don't want OP's bot, I just want to know how much he considers "lots". Hundreds per day? Thousands?
>>2887837
I don't consider 5$/day to be a lot.
>>2887709
Nice, just wrote 100k!
>>2887846
My bot made around .11 btc today - you doing better or worse?
>>2887709
OP pls teach
srs
Already can program, but can't into crypto investing
>>2887855
My bot has been offline since Monday. I'm auditing the logs to make sure my 3rd quarter taxes are in order.
The IRS agent is going to have so much fun reviewing my hundreds of thousands of trades.
>>2887789
Codefag reporting in...
>I already shared it.
Genuine request to either share it again or stop shitting up our board with your LARPing. Throw it on mega...it will take mere seconds, then we'll all have a good laugh.
>>2887893
Ok, anon. Threads dead. Have a good night.
>>2887885
How'd you do on Sunday?
Congratulations anon, I bet it feels amazing.
>>2887709
Which language and brokerage do you use? I make plenty of money on interactive brokers but more active. I should really step away from the machine for awhile
>>2887904
Thanks for confirming that pic related is OPs true hobby. Unlike OP I will deliver some code to a real trading bot for those interested. Some of us have good luck with this bot and it is actively dev'ed: https://github.com/carlos8f/zenbot
>>2888021
>Some of us have good luck
If you're running this, how does it perform? How did it perform today?
>>2888021
Thanks for sharing, anon.
>>2888021
how do we know this isn't going to install a backdoor or other malicious software?
>>2888021
>https://github.com/carlos8f/zenbot
Are you a dev for Zenbot? I looked at that project, and felt embarrassed. That project is completely incapable of massive gains.
BTW, this thread is dead. I said so.
I'm up .12 btc for the day, anyone in this thread actually running a bot? How'd you do?
>>2888059
The project states 'At this point, I would recommend against trading with large amounts'
That's how you know it's not a backdoor. It will also lose all of your money.
I feed my bot >200BTC.
>>2888059
If you are going to algo trade, shouldn't you be able to read the code and see for yourself?
>>2888088
>OP desperately tries to wrest control of his shit rp thread back by claiming his bot is better (but he won't post it of course)
I've seen a few bot threads but posters never rec resources for making bots. Can anyone point me in the right direction that can beat my google-fu?
>>2888119
https://bittrex.com/home/api
Speaking of programming, anyone know any good resources on developing mining pool software? Miners are pretty straight forward and I've successfully implemented a couple algorithms (nothing useful, slow as fuck CPU miners that only served as learning exercises), but when it comes to pools I'm not very clear at all on how they operate.
It seems like every other day a shitcoin is released with BRAND NEW ALGO xDDD!!!! and being able to quickly set up a pool and miner could quickly generate some massive shitcoin hodlings which may or may not turn into real money some day.
>>2888135
Yeah I'm a CS student, I know how to use API's.
I just don't know any finance stuff.
Any tips on getting started so I don't just
reinvent the wheel and end up just automating my own buy/sell orders?
>>2887709
Programmer here. My bot is called whalebot.py, it eats pieces of shit bots like yours for breakfast.
Bots are overrated. Program video games. This fat neckbeard is worth 1.4bn for making a shitty game in java.
Take advice or stay poor.
>>2888148
Have you tried randomly buying coins and selling them a few hours later?
>>2888156
ahab.py is coming to stab your walls.
>>2888118
Indeed.
It's almost as if I'm trying to recruit people who pay attention and are willing and able to send me an e-mail.
Are you that anon?
>algo trade
Call me a brainlet but I've absolutely no time for this. It's not difficult to read candle charts, buy/sell orders on Bittrex and remember to buy low, sell high.
>>2888160
It's true, they're overrated, but your case is 1/10,000, and bots are good specifically for automating what you'd do if you were just in front of a computer
>>2888160
Honestly, not bad advice. Maybe not video games, but just picking low hanging fruit in general. It's surprising how much revenue I'm generating from running block explorer#982378565562 which takes all of 15 minutes to configure for most coins. I mean, it's not to the point where I can quit my day job, but it keeps the tendies flowing if you know what I mean.
>>2888260
what is that?
>>2888278
Chicken flesh that has been breaded and fried in oil.
>>2888280
thanks!
>>2887709
I am ashamed of asking you for btc but, if you want to throw some cents here I would appreciate it.

>>2887709
are you the anon that learned programming on the roadside?
same
>>2887885
what do I have to start doing to make sure my taxes are good? I was under the impression that I just pay 1/3 of my final BTC to USD transfer
>>2887810
a bot isn't affected by emotion though. It won't react to news n shit though either...
>>2887709
>write 3 bots
>earn 0.01 btc every 3 days
Am i going to make it?
>>2888194
See, the problem with that is that you express yourself like the average 16 years old American pretending to be smart on the Internet. Which might lead anons to suspect you're a 16 years old American pretending to be smart on the Internet.
>>2889169
>It won't react to news n shit though either...
Which is okay tough, as a bot should react to sudden pumps/dumps accordingly.
Pump = adjust the stop limit/loss.
Dump = stop loss/limit is triggered anyways.
Dont see a problem here.
>>2889167
Not on the total USD but on your gains in comparism to what you invested before...
>>2888179
This only works when markets are going up.
>>2887709
My bot works but it's only making a few cents per day.
Feels bad man.
