Fairly accurate, but the brief recent pump wasn't a part of a natural bubble cycle, it was due to the fork-related issue. We might see a third peak at ~2900 around Aug 1st-4th or so before it finally truly corrects.

Even if this is true, long-term it's still fine. Each of those first bumps on the year chart are their own bubbles that grew and burst. If this one is a bubble, which it just is really. This is not natural growth. Then it too will likely be a tiny little bump some /biz/ poster will draw a circle around and go "look, it's the beginning of the bear trap".

Perspective is very important.
