Well it was 1k satoshis when the day started, now reaching 5k so I'm not sure what you're talking about. This shit is mooning whether you like it or not. I haven't bought any yet, but I've been mining for a few days. Just buy BTC and hold for the enxt few years maybe a little in SIGT or other coins just don't go over what you're not willing to lose.

Since this is a crypto newfag/retard thread, can someone please explain to me the following:

1) The difference between coinbase and bittrex, because it says bittrex is a product of coinbase and from what i can gather they are both exchanges for the main coins except bittrex is more complex and detailed.

2) Where i should put my coins wallet wise once i buy them. Apparently from what i understand, if i bought bitcoin specifically off coinbase prior to aug 1 i would need to move it to a wallet since they wont accept bcc or whatever. And if im right then what wallets would be good?

I only have experience with coinbase
Coinbase gives you a wallet/address, compact phone app thats is newbie friendly, and lets you buy btc,ltc,eth with bank/debit (although with fees and 7 days wait on bank acc).
When you buy btc, they are already "in your wallet" per say, but you use other markets such as bittrex/poloniex to trade that btc into other altcoins.
