This is something that is worthwhile botting (which is why it's already done). Your percentage returns won't be large, but computer programs will find opportunities and act upon them faster than a human can. Large cash volumes likely earn handsome passive income off of this. Part of what "whales" do is deliberately create arbitrage opportunities, and they likely use bots to help them with taking advantage of them.
