An unnecessarily high and fixed amount of coins per node, ¿mandatory pre-registration of nodes?, future need for permission from 'third party'(the two founders), reliance on and trust of 'third party'(the two founders and maybe someone else) in a case of emergency in a decentralized network, WHY? Makes no sense. Will lead to a governance dead-end.
Think about these points.
A true chord network doesn't force any of these things.
