what you are failing to understand is the coin CANNOT increase in value because it doesn't return any dividends from the projects it is used to support. The creator himself has said that he doesn't care about its value. The only inherent value is in the priority pass aspect, which let's you get in early on even scammier ICOs


this coin is literally "give us your money so we can spend it on projects we are already invested in and drive up the price of those projects"
