>learn how to replace iPhone screens
>buy replacement screens in bulk
>charge people to fix their phones
pretty saturated market bro. but you're thinking..i like that.
my friend started doing this. he started small by selling phone cases at the flea market and advertising for screen replacements there. literally just put up a big sign that said "I fix broken screens" at his post. he then made a facebook and he's doing pretty good.
You should sell fidget spinners too. You clearly are steps ahead of everyone else.

I'm not trying to start an actual business. I'm just well connected & social in college so I figure I could sell it to all my friends/teammates/fraternity and also post on Craigslist to get some more customer.
I could at least do like one fix a week which would be better than nothing?
oh another thing my friend did was replace the body with other colors.

You could do at least one a day. I have been doing this for years, it's good money. Just make sure you have some insurance. Get some older crap to practice on. Practice, practice, practice.

Why insurance?

If you break their shit, you wanna fork over out of pocket?
Insurance helps mitigate risk
I have a friend who actually runs a cellphone repair service. He does it with a mobile unit with a workstation in the back of his van so customers can watch. He does well for himself, his first year was rocky but he keeps himself pretty well taken care of working UPS in the morning for pre-load then scheduling appointments the rest of the day. He just recently started using google adverts and is now blowing up as of 2 weeks ago.
keep in mind he has a wife and child as well
