Since usury is satanic, I want to think what would an economy without usury look like and if it would work.
For example, let's say that I want to loan 40000 euros to buy a house, the bank charges me a sum of money at the beginning for the opportunity of being able to buy a place to live almost instantly. So after 20 years I've only paid the loan and the fee.

It's called Islamic finance anon, where usury is forbidden.
If you want to go live with those heathen mongrels, go ahead. Your choices are the barbarism of the Islamic State (or other such countries) or Dubai where they're basically sell outs to the West with really shit taste and no conception of class. Typical new money.

You're pretty much describing Islamic finance. If the kekistani fags on this site pull their heads out of their asses long enough to not be triggered by the word "Islamic" then they may actually learn something.
Both Christianity and Islam banned usury, and for a good reason. I've done a fair bit of research into banking under Islamic rules and honestly it would work. It is much more slower and had more stringent rules for loans but safe and stable.
