Are we officially in a bear market for bitcoin and crypto in general? If so I think I'm out of crypto for at least a year

Historically when btc goes bear mode it lasts for 18-24 months with 80% of gains being slowly bled out

Please tell me this is just August 1st FUD. I need your opinions biznessmen
