I think it'll tank harder than most expect in April as whales that move into ETH to keep trading while BTC is down move back into BTC.
Long term it will probably recover but don't buy in triple digits.

vitalik just comes up with some new catchy word as an "upgrade" whenever the system fails
basic ico sales fucked up the network proving it isn't scale able.
the DAO proved complexity can be exploited in autonomous code
most of the icos are scams and it's going to burn ether holders
there's no cap on how many ethers are going to be created, yadda yadda PoS which I don't think is ever going to happen
so many problems, at this price good luck to anyone still in ether

ICO liquidation has severely impacted the ecosystem and there is nothing built ontop of it. Today's EEA announcement triggered severe fomo among Americans, but that did not translate into the same hype for Koreans or Chinese. Hold your bags and expect <200 again, at the latest, by next week.

Another aspect I didn't think of was the potential to decouple poorly with Bitcoin due to SegWit activation. It's possible it'll maintain the same 0.09~0.1 ratio, but it stabilized at 0.08x before the May bullrush, and that seems a more likely target to me. I do expect at least one more big dip if SW does not activate in the next few days though.
