Sounds dumb, but here goes:
Make a fake weeb account on Facebook. Anime profile pic and post a lot of lewds. Add as many random weebs as you can. Constantly post lewds and "ironic" meme humor. Funny, witty, dark, whatever, just make a bunch of posts. You will build traction this way. You will be getting a lot of likes and reacts eventually, like 50+.
Phase 2: Create a shitty meme FB page. Invite all your friends to like it. Post funny shit. Over time, if you're good, and with a little bit of luck, it will take off. Your friends will like your posts, and sometimes share them. Their friends will see what they share, and even see if they simply liked your posts. Eventually you will have 100+ interactions per post.
Phase 3: MONETIZE YOUR FOLLOWING!!! This means, start subtly shilling products. Could be paid drawing commissions, could be original tshirt designs, whatever. This will get you used to the idea of marketing and persuasion.
Eventually, your goal is to get people on your app, right? Here's where it all comes together. You now have a following. You now have some experience selling stuff. This is the most important part, so be very subtle. Casually hint that you're rich in some posts, imply that you live the perfect NEET life of not having to work or worry about money, but you don't live with your parents, it's all your money. Eventually reveal that you got rich from trading crypto, then reveal your app "hey guys you can get as rich as me, I made an app to help because I care about you". It's all about how you pitch it, though. You need to make your lifestyle look as attractive as possible, and make your followers jealous. Once you've done that, you've got them.

the market is still super young , but will be huge, if u could even catpure a tiny percentage of what will be a multi trillion dollar market ,at its infancy , its high risk but very high reward by being an early adopter/provider
