Trading crypto is exhausting

I wish I could trade but my money is stuck in a shit coin at the moment.

I market make a few specific coins that I believe will be a success. They in turn provide me with regular trading and sometimes a hectic market.

When the market is slow, I do other things outside. Away from the computer. You have to have balance and that includes Taking breaks to rest mentally.

I liken what I do to being on call 24hrs a day. I never know when the volume and coins is going to start moving so I adjust my life around those moments.

I also know that stopping when I'm in the zone because of obligations had a drastic impact on my potential gains, so unless someone is dying if the markets moving I'm neck deep trading like a fucking mad man.
