hi Biz bros 2 years ago i bought my piece of land with my brother in Los Angeles 3 units for 550K just had it appraised last week for 775K thinking of 1031 exchanging so i can put this into a more expensive property right around 1 million as i will have around 450k liquid to invest. also just and FYi i suggest you do all 1031 exchanges in your parents name if you trust them so u dont have to pay the taxes on the previously sold property on capital gains on the new one
