It will be relatively insulated (not completely) from any BTC bloodbath because the Chinese are paying cash for it.

I always get confused by buy-sell walls.
So does a big buy-order mean the price is about the shoot up? Or is it to sell a bunch without lowering the price because it's force will be padded by the big buy order?
I have 300 ans, I hope it shoots up.
