Whales may sometimes pump a coin on multiple exchanges, this allows them to create arbitrage opportunities to further max out their gains in a pump.

Other whales may try to fuck with them by buying cheaper from one exchange and selling into the pumping whale's pump, essentially fucking up their arbitrage and pump. At least I think that's what happens.

If any lurking free willies could expand on this, it'd be pretty cool.
