Can someone give me the basic gestalt on debt consolidation?

I have like 20k in unsecured debt. I'm Canadian. I don't care if I fuck my shit up just need cash for other things. I don't want to file for bankruptcy over 20k. I can afford to make my debt payments, but if there's an organization that will allow me to pay it off at a written down rate or something.

Are any of these programs worth it for me? Or just pay it off myself? My credit score is like 664 and I'm aware it leaves a mark on credit for x number of years. But yea don't care.
