Ok biz, I got into crypto around 9 months ago, holding bitcoin and eth.
Cashed out my eth when it was all time high.
Recently cashed out half my bitcoins at 2500.

Current portfolio is
80 pc btc
10 pc ltc
Rest are in alts:- ark, ans and byteball.

Here's my current hedge logic:-

If btc only goes up, my alts should go up significantly due to lower market cap, I can get my bitcoin back.
If btc crashes, I can buy back with fiat.
If nothing happens I will take fiat off the exchange in 2 weeks and keep as profit.
If eth goes up significantly, I expect and to have higher percentage gains due to their similarities.

Why ANS and not ANT?

Instead of hedging and holding, you should be looking for big news updates and buying the rumor, then selling the news on them.
