Honestly not much complicated math. It's tediou though the recordkeeping and paying taxes and complying w regulation blah blah. You need discipline for this shit basically and to be able to accept that it might not work out. You need flexibility and be able to inspire your skilled employees to stick w u instead of jumping ship to better opportunities. It's doable, but there's a reason most don't.
