IPO but an ICO

Hey biz, was here a couple days ago in regards to launching an ICO for growing my business. I have been looking further into it but can't rap my head around ETH and tokens. I have seen some ICO's offering dividends etc, and that would be the path I would want to go down, and also having a coin that can trade aswell.

Thoughts on how to go about this? I believe this will be the future of businesses creating their own blockchain to receive capital to expand their brand.

Quick Rundown
>Burger Bar
> T/O $1.3mil
> Net $245k
> Capital will be used to buy property and franchise
> Dividends will come from 8% royalties from franchisees, plus property mortgage. If we were to sell the commercial properties, this would be dispersed minus capital gains, expenses etc.
> Looking to raise $20mil, to buy/build properties
> Franchise model already setup and to roll out and have investors interested already - but I/investors would want to own the buildings (mcdonalds model).

Based in Australia, so will be dealing with ASIC.

Any more info AMA, and would like to gauge your thoughts.
