Why should I invest usd for an investment that I have to constantly short to make money from. What is a good entry point for a nocoiner?

Can't tell if FUD or legitimate question

A good investment would be to go to your local hardware shop and buy a stool + some rope

When BTC moves a little the alts move a lot. Buy BTC when it us down and buy the dip in a high volume alt and sell it when BTC recovers and the alt shoots up. Don't fall asleep at the wheel and don't get greedy.
the time to buy btc was 9 years ago

That's what I noticed too, but it doesn't reliably work that way. I bought an alt at the dip when btc dipped to 2300$ and it looked like a good dip for the alt too. When btc went up to 2600$ my alt didn't rise at all. Then with the next btc dip from 2600 to 2300 my alt fell further and I got fucked and lost 30% in total.

The other version of your statement is the price of btc seems low should I invest now or do you see it going later.
