Fiat money is money that has no value other than the trust we put into it.
It is created from debt, meaning that every euro/dollar/ came into existence because some governments/banks loaned it from a central bank who made the money by ticking in some numbers on a screen. Two fucked up things:
-It is a loan, meaning it has to be paid back with interest which is impossible as all the money into existence comes from debt which means that in order to pay it back:
-More money must be created continiously. This is bad because every time central banks put money into circulation AND this money is spend, it devalues the money you hold in your wallet/bank account etc.
