What to do with 63k?

Buy a yacht and live on the yacht. It's a solid down payment on a good sized boat, then have some leftover to build it up again. Got a buddy in California who did it since they're roughly the same as a house cost wise.

Cash out. Pay down any loans, use excess for house purchase if you don't have one already. If you already have a paid off house, put it in a vanguard s&p fund.
