This business is a total scam, these guys are using public information to ruin peoples reputation and then charge them to remove the same information.
I was arrested 10 years ago for public intoxication (Yes I was younger, dumber, & partying on vacation) and found my mugshot.com, they want $400 to remove the mugshots. Complete blackmail & extortion. This has made it very difficult for finding work as well as personal situations I've endured with bad neighbors.
Here is some info I have located online through public records & google searches.
Michael J. Robertson (same guy that created MP3.com) is CEO Mugshots.com
Marc Gary Epstein is this companies attorney & part shareholder. They both live in San Diego, CA.
Michael Robertson has an ex-wife (Leslie Burcham) and 2 sons (Samuel W. Robertson & Keith J. Robertson).

The best thing you could do is create a website of your own like MikeRobertsonIsAPedo.com and promote it as aggressively as possible. Photoshop a bunch of images of him with kids on his lap and such and make sure they pop up when you google his name.
