As someone that's holding MONA, I don't think the halving will make a big difference, at least short term.

1) "Sell the news" everyone has known about the halving for weeks now (maybe longer, I forget when it was announced). I'd expect maybe a short rally and immediate dip back down.
2) The general bear market is going to hide any potential gains; it could mean that MONA will be a better safe storage than it already is, but I wouldn't expect 30000+ again.

Longer term, however, this is just one more thing that demonstrates the quality of this coin.
