Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. I feel like shit cause I put $250 into the crypto game and now have about $150 left.

Advice? Hold on to your good coins. Cash out of shit/meme coins and get them into BTC as soon as you can get a majority of your investment back. I've got about $50 in meme coins that I will likely get about $45 back on by the end of the month and get it all back into BTC, then in the next 3-6 months that should get back up to what I put in.
Don't freak out and sell now at a loss.
