Getting into real estate

Right, I expected that and am ready for it.

I own 3 properties currently and have a networth of about 1.5 and I want to grown the shit out of it. I eventually want to get into real estate investment but want to know something about the industry so I dont get fucked. Figured this was the best way. Basically free education since I never went to college lol.
