Have been in crypto for a while : just hold.
If you can predict a crash/dip before it happens for sure, sell but if your're caught in it don't bother. It's going to come back up eventually unless you bought at the ATH ( in this case you might be screwed ) but it's relatively easy to predict when a coin is approaching a peak.
