faggots, I am thinking of launching a techwear fashion brand.

I’ve got all the means to sell normie clothing, I’ve got an already functioning textile company which produces and exports for other brands in europe.

I feel like branding and marketing will be costly, on the other hand I’ve been spending time on ad targeting on facebook/instagram and I feel like I can almost pin point trend setters and a solid customer base in budget.

Convince me otherwise

More info on your current textile company? I.e. capacity, machinery etc
Will you need to purchase more equipment in order to make your techwear stuff? I mean isn't the point of techwear that it's highly functional, with special materials?
Other than that marketing and branding can be very cheap, especially if it just consists of you doing social media and making threads on /fa/ and cancerous reddit 'fashion' boards. But again, depends on your output level
