Why do landlords hate their tenants so much?
On the one hand, people are shit and the law favors the tenant, so I can sorta empathize with the landlord. On the other hand, I've heard dozens of anecdotes from people claiming to be landlords on this site, and even assuming only ten percent of them to be true, there is still this uniform contempt for the source of the owner's passive income. /Business owners/ and people anywhere near operations don't hate "their people" this much.
because tenants are whiny and passive aggressive. you will seldom have a responsible friendly tenant.
they're like gibsmedat level jews.
Have you ever had a tenant? You can't even make them vacate the house on time. They'll just make up some bullshit excuses about why they can't leave even though they haven't been paying rent. If you call the cops to make them leave, you look like a heartless asshole.
Worse, some of them will just get up and leave without paying.

Theres also a risk that your tenant will start damaging your property after you evict them. It's happened to me before and the lengthy legal battles cost more than what you can get the tenant to compensate.
It's best to hire a property manager to act as your middle man, having a well dressed person show up on their doorstep acting on my behalf but giving the impression they're a neutral third party does wonders in getting the jew tenant to fuck off.

your first mistake is assuming the larping retards on this website are representative of society as a whole.
Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

That's because business owners actively want to stay busy with more people. Landlords are the kind of people who want their rental properties to be their hassle-free sources of income, and tenants who complain about shit like a broken A/C unit or a leaky ceiling are turning passive income into fucking work, even if the tenants have a right to bitch.
>letting just anyone live in your home
this is why interviews were invented
I sublet to a chick for a while, she was an amazing tenant. I could have rented to MohawkMcGee and his faggot boyfriend, or to BROtruck Tattooman, but i didn't, because I am allowed to choose who to rent to.
