Where I live, the 2008 did jack shit
Houses are still expensive as fuck and still have gone up 100-200K in the last year or two
There's no room to build and only so many people can afford 2000 a month (((luxury))) apartments

I think it will just keep going up personally. Markets dont need to make sense
